When you create a Launchly account, we collect your name, email address, and organization details through our authentication provider (Clerk). When you use the builder to create a storefront, we store the store, page, and product content you create.

If you sell products through a Launchly storefront, we process the customer information necessary to fulfil orders — name, email, shipping address, and payment details, the latter handled directly by Stripe and never stored on Launchly servers.

We collect basic usage analytics (page views, feature usage) to improve the product.

We use collected information to operate and improve Launchly, process payments, communicate with you about your account, and provide customer support.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We share data with service providers who help us operate Launchly, including our authentication provider (Clerk), payment processor (Stripe), hosting infrastructure, and email delivery provider. Each is bound by its own data protection obligations.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Launchly, our users, or the public.

We retain account and store data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal or accounting purposes.

You may access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us.
