By creating an account or using Launchly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Launchly is a storefront and landing-page builder. You are responsible for the content, products, and pricing you publish through your store, and for complying with all applicable laws in the jurisdictions you sell into.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for all activity under your organization. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Platform subscription fees are billed through Stripe Billing according to the plan you select. Payments from your customers are processed through your own connected Stripe account — Launchly is not a party to those transactions and does not hold your funds.

You may not use Launchly to sell illegal goods or services, to defraud customers, or to publish content that infringes on the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or as required by law.

Launchly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Launchly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Launchly after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
